flyingv now banned for the abusive PM I got in retaliation for the above. Yeesh.

For the avoidance of doubt, if anyone ever tells us to "shove your poxy forum up your arse" (or similar), we're highly likely to conclude that they no longer wish to continue using the forum, and will take steps to assist with that.

Eleven thread has been disappeared. Partly because of the idiotic comment that kicked it all off, partly because arguing about it instead of flagging it ended up completely ruining the thread, and mostly because of a productive conversation with the one who owns the magazine.

There's a lesson here for everybody.

He does get points for the hilarious "I've had the most commented thread on here in ages" comment, though. I haven't had a variation on "Do you know who I am?" in years.

FastEddie has become the latest member of the loony bin (AKA "Trolls"), for posting racist nonsense and conspiracy theory rubbish, then abusing a modmin when told to stop.

I could've banned him, true, but it's honestly just funnier to put him in there.

EDIT: It was funny until I realised that the Trolls area still allows them to reply to PMs, and his were boring. Ergo, banned.

Derailing comments removed from the SVL '61 Strat in Daphne Blue sales thread. Also, as a result of admitting to lying when selling to other members, @Hullboy has lost access to the Classifieds. It’s one thing to focus on the positive selling points. It is not OK to attempt to mislead other members. This is a community, not a marketplace.

Kipple is cooling off after breaking too many rules in one afternoon. Attempting to derail a For Sale thread (twice). Importing an argument from elsewhere (an eBay dispute). Ignoring moderator instruction to desist. Net result is a spell in the cooler.
