FS: 50x Silicon Transistors

Found these in a box in the workshop. I don't really know anything at all about them - there is:

1 x BC158
2 x Exotic looking - no idea what these are
~50 x BC107 and BCY70

No idea what they are worth, but from looking at ebay and this website I think £12.50 posted sounds fair.  £7.50 posted as they are silicon, not germanium!!

I may be wrong (often am) but I think all the numbers you've listed are silicon transistors.  Germanium types - as in my Rangemaster - are like the old OC44s and OC71s.  I seem to remember that a lot of these were light sensitive so that when the paint flaked off the glass casing, Your amp acquired some strange noises if the top was off.

Yeah I'm pretty sure the BC107 and BY70 are silicone not germanium. :-)
