Exactly 1 week ago I was a victim of theft from a parked car. Loosing my pedalboard barely a week before a gig has been one of the most stressful things Ive ever had happen to me from a musical perspective. As the only guitarist in my band. My role is very much that of the prime melodic & textural generator. Ala Andy Summers or Alex Lifeson.

With just over a week ago, Ive managed to cobble together another system. Its slightly different in that Ive substituted the under utilised wah wah for an expression pedal. But its sounding mighty good & has actually come in about £400 cheaper than the original. Id been eying up the 7thvn pedal on eBay as a potential spare. little did I know Id end up buying it in these circumstances.
