I'd worry less about the legal implications and more about the VERY famous band hunting him down and shooting him in the face whether he's got a firearms certificate or not.

We all know how unforgiving VERY famous bands can be.

I wasn't aware the Trem-O-Verb was that rare. There is only 3 on Reverb!
