Seller ignoring PM....

I paid for a pedal over 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I had a message about a week ago apologising but since then nothing. No reply to my message a few days ago asking if it had been posted yet despite him being on the site plenty of times since.

How long do I wait before asking mods to intervene? There's no real rush for the pedal but the lack reply has me a little worried.

The member is prolific on here, so it seems strange.

Sometimes there is a bug with PM's.

If you create a new PM message thread, it doesn't show up as a notification or sometimes even as a new message at all.

The only thing you can do is send a second message politely asking if he got the first.

It's Happened to me a few times.

Sorry for not updating!

It arrived the next day (the 4th). It was late as the courier couldn't find my house....there's only four houses on a half mile stretch of road!
