Anyone know how to get in touch with Charlie, owner of Southside Music? Have numbers for the store and his personal mobile, but the store phone appears to be disconnected, and his mobile never gets answered or go to voicemail.

    I can be of no help whatsoever, but my first two guitars came from Southside music. A Squier Bullet, and Mexican Std Strat in black. Wish I sill had both. But especially the bullet.

    Is it still open? It used to be a goldmine of old and odd gear, but had become essentially a junk shop the last time I went, maybe 5 years ago.

    The only thing I know is that he'd been very ill and the shop was closed. I haven't heard anything since.
