Single Jack patch-bay?

Does such a thing exist?

My wah pedal is first in my chain, but since I use my left foot for this, it's on the opposite side of my board from where my guitar cable hits my board.

Can I get a simple patch-bay that acts as an extension from the right hand side of my board to the wah? Basically one input jack that I could plug my guitar into, and one output jack feeding to the wah?

I'd be looking to fit tis under my board so it's all out of the way

Couldn't you just have a female 1\4 barrel socket on the right of the board which takes the signal into the wah ?

Try Custom pedalboards or bright onion they should be able to sort you out.
