So, with AX8 and FX8 ruling the roost, its now time to see how my few remaining pedals can be integrated into the whole rig.

I've swung whole circle here; the AX8 is now the keeper, and I might yet keep the FX8 too !

We'll see how the testing goes now...

The remainder will be sold off...

All I have left pedal wise is (amazingly);

- Bearfoot SYOD v3
- MP Simble
- Fairfield The Accountant
- Catalinbread Talisman
- EHX 45000 plus controller

Up for sale soon;

- Bearfoot Evergreen Comp
- Beat Buddy Plus Controller
- ???? Some of the above ???

Amp Wise;

- Carr Rambler
- Lazy J J20
- Blues Cube Artist

    Since I bought the FX8 I haven't used the Axe FX except for the odd bit of recording.

    Such a great piece of kit.

    Selling the following:

    El Cap, Flint, SA Nemesis, Moog MF Drive, CV Tele with upgrades.

    Tried the Timeline/Big Sky combo and it just WORKS. Also going to keep the Flint for the tremolo or sell it and buy a separate trem.

    Not sure of this counts as downsizing...

    Fancy loaning me your fx8 @wazmeister ?

    I bought a helix and found i was massively disappointed with it. It just didn't sound that good at all
    The Bigsby was the first successful design of what is now called a whammy bar or tremolo arm, although vibrato is the technically correct term for the musical effect it produces. In standard usage, tremolo is a rapid fluctuation of the volume of a note, while vibrato is a fluctuation in pitch. The origin of this nonstandard usage of the term by electric guitarists is attributed to Leo Fender, who also used the term “vibrato” to refer to what is really a tremolo effect.

    Probably a silly question, but why would you need both the FX8 and AX8?

    I should be, but I'm not. Pedalwise I've been quite stable for a while though to be fair.
