Easily- there is actually a guitar version of AT.
I've done it from time to time on out of tune guitars.

Regarding Izotope- I have most of their plugins.
They are stellar and do stuff that many other companies cannot.

I have the hardware rack Antares Autotune unit, you can put guitar or anything through it but bending will confuse the hell out of it
