Uploaded a picture of 'the wall of Alpine White' on Saturday, didn't do anything different to usual, just the usual relevant hash tags, but it seems to have been picked up and re-shared by a few people. 

The picture so far has over 14k likes!

All a bit odd really, none of those guys asked if they could share (not that I really care that much), wonder how much money guitarsdaily and rockstarguitar makes from the occasional advertising share, by building up a following from other people's content.

I don't even know what Instagram is to be honest. I've heard the name but that's all I know. Presumably you stick pictures up but anyone can use them. I clicked on your link. Cool pic

I have 0 followers because I made my account private and refuse to add anyone. I treat it as my private Internet photo album with the added function of being able to see my friends' photos when I'm bored.

I use Instagram sometimes, mainly because their editing for phone pics is much better than the built in software.
