Source 10k pot for a modded Cry Baby?

Anyone know where I could source such a thing?

I've modded an old WAH to use with my Helix and it's almost working, not I think it has a 250k pot in it (?) so it goes from 100% to 50% bang on then it's a bit temperamental down to 0%.

Or can you mod a 250k pot in some way?

I converted my 80s CB to an expression pedal but gave up in the end. Managed to get extra treadle travel to get the full range of the pot but at one extreme the rack would sometimes pop off the pinion. There's so many CBs though you may well have better luck then me.
Did wonder if a 15 or 20k pot would've worked as zero could be set and be all secure, no popping off etc, and maybe the max resistance the pot got to, say 12k or whatever, wouldn't matter as the Pitchfork wanted to see 10k. That might be a daft theory.. and I never tried it.
