anyone had both........you miss the tone compromise ( no separate B M &T) on the Jouster at all compared tae the Minstrel?

Yes I did. Much preferred the Jester & Minstrel to the Jouster for that very reason.

Just gigged a Harlot tonight - I have a Minstrel and Jester - and didn't miss the 3 band EQ at all. That's not to say I don't appreciate having them on the Jester and Minstrel, and they'll come in handy don't get me wrong. But I wouldn't rule out the Jouster because of it. Different pedals for different situations perhaps, although it's spendy to find out...

3 band EQ is a must on kinglsey pedals to utilise the versatility they have on offer. Jester or Minstrel are great.
