Walrus audio power jack inputs

Hi guys,
got it a brand new walrus audio Julia in the post today from guitar guitar.
Does anyone know of the design of their pedals has changed? The power input just seems to be sitting inside the pedal with no strain relief unlike the jack input on my descent! Should I send it back or is this part of the design now?
