Had to emergency brake last night to avoid a deer...combo goes flying and I now have a snapped off knob.

*Sigh* off to the repairer it goes - Marshall JTM so I'm not doing it myself. Going to get it in for a service, revalve and bias whilst it's there.

Always lie the amp flat in the boot up against the back of the seat so it won't move if you have to do that.

Preferably face down if that doesn't mean it's resting on the knobs - it's better to have the speaker's weight on the baffle rather than hanging off it.

Oh you beat me to it.

He could've stopped in time but the combo flew through the windscreen killing said deer. That could've been a bit of a 'dear' repair job....i'll get me coat.
