It's clearly "in the style of" the Joyo switchers but the button layout is slightly different - no Mute button, seperate Edit and Store buttons - so it's not a simple re-badge.  Probably produced in the same factory with same internal hardware just configured slightly differently.

Seems quite cheap, and I would like one, I would love a gigrig, but they are so expensive
