Holy stain mods

I've just picked up a cheap ehx holy stain with the intention of doing a few mods too - adding flanger/chorus etc.
first off though, i want to change the clipping diodes which i think are 1n4148's to improve the fuzz/overdrive - i have some 1n60,1n914,bat41,bat46,1n34a diodes - would the bat46' be the best to use?

Interesting I have one of these. It's a pretty nice pedal that I wasn't expecting much from.
Be interested in how the mods turn out. The fuzz needs a volume added for sure. I mainly use the reverb
