WTB Decent gaming laptop

Right, seems I'm back on the Warcraft thing and find myself needing a laptop to game on the move ... (It'll also be used for graphic design on site, honest ...)

Needs to be a decent spec - Nvidia graphics (860m or higher preferred) HD screen, i5 or i7 processor and SSD if possible. 

Few I'm watching on eBay but just thought I'd post here on the off chance that someone is thinking of upgrading / moving to desktop etc. I'd rather get one off you lovely lot.

Cash/paypal isn't a problem for the right machine, also have a very nice Baja Telecaster in Blonde to trade if it's of any interest.

The missus has an Alienware M17x (I think that's what it is) that's just sat in a bag upstairs at the mo after she got herself a new PC specialist replacement. Not sure on spec or price, I can fish that out if you're at all interested, but it's certainly not doing much at the moment. I'd say 90% of its life was spent playing WoW too as that's what she was heavily into at the time.

Probs not what you're after, didn't realise how old it was  

It's only got a GeForce GTX460M video card, and the missus said the reason she upgraded was because the newer updates for WoW needed some of the settings turned down to run smoothly.

HD is a hybrid drive, a Seagate Momentus XT, only 300GB, CPU is a i7 Q740 1.73GHz 8 core.

The battery is dead too, but it runs fine on power...

I'm starting to wish I hadn't suggested it now

Ooops, just found out it's an M15x, not a 17 (as she thought) from 2011. I'll never make it in marketing or sales.

Price wise, £200 considering it needs a new battery, it weighs a tonne so would need picking up rather than posting too.

Probs best you put your hard earned towards something more suitable for what you really want.
