Oooh, hark at Captain Bringdown!

There are lots of places you can hear the sea - as far as I know there's just this one where they're using it to power an audio installation like this.

It's a bit like those singing wind sculptures. There's lots of wind all over the place, so I don't see the problem in using a teeny-tiny bit of it to make interesting sounds.
