That's the Mosfet Lead 100 head. Great little amp.

There are two versions, a mid-sized head with a pull-EQ switch on the lead channel, and a mini-head without - and I think a transitional one with the large box but the later circuit.

Very loud, well-built and sound fairly like a JCM800. Not worth a lot these days though, only about £100 to £150.

I used to have one. I preferred the clean channel cranked to the drive channel itself, but overall not a bad amp. I traded it in against a first generation Line6 Pod.
