Neck break - 10 min fix , 1hr mod

My lad's cheapo Hohner acoustic fell over and this happened...

Some clean breaks but also tore & pulled up a good bit of the lam on the body top.. (other side of pic). 10 mins later we had it glued up - it's a cheap chuckabout so perfect finish etc wasn't a worry.

Set overnight last night. Looked good, the lam spit had close up  as good as you could want too. I donated a spare Tele pickup, pot/jack etc, helped make the rough-arsed mounting bar, he wired it. Just finished... Sounds surprisingly good!

Cheers folks. It's all beaten up but he's had a lot of use out of it, it's good it can carry on and he liked doing the rescue & messing.  Jooky he might like that but he's got a Les Paul with one - he's been brung up proper
