Anyone modded a Jet City amp?

And was it worth it? They seem cheap so wondering if modding one is worth it as a project for the autumn.

Not sure it counts as modding, but I experimented a lot with changing the valves to mess with the gain stages (in my case getting it a really nice clean on the crunch and JCM800 on the overdrive) - and that worked great.

Very easy to take apart and sounds really good.

one thing to remember - the effects loop is in a slightly strange place so it's after mastervolume.
