Way Huge Overrated Special?

Anyone try one? Is it just a TS style pedal with a mid sweep control or does it have it's own character?

Is as compressed sounding as a Tubescreamer?

I have one, but I haven't thoroughly tried it out yet. Since I bought the damn thing I stopped using pedals !

It's essentially a modded Green Rhino so I'm not sure how much of the original Tubescreamer sound is has.

I think it's just a green rhino with a tweaked eq sweep.

It is essentially TS like in character.

Tried one out yesterday, nothing special to my ears. It has that mid hump bass suck compressed attack like the TS and doesn't have a huge amount of headroom on tap.

Yet another OD I've tried that fails to beat my JRAD Archer.

You might like the Suhr Shiba Reloaded as it's also based on the Tubescreamer.
