Best ways to organise and view band member availability?

The biggest problem is having people that are checking the things and doing their bit, a piece of paper on the rehearsal room works, Whatsapp, private FB group, email etc etc

But if you've got people that aren't motivated, then you'll have issues......

However, now the drummer is complaining that "It doesn't alert you when a date is added". Er, isn't the whole point of a calendar that you LOOK at a date you have in mind to see if anything is going on....?

There is a paid version, but the free one does everything we need.
