Changing from Gibson humbuckers to Bare Knuckles...

This is the Bare Knuckle schematic:

I'm pretty confused by how the Gibson is currently wired up, as none of the diagrams I can find show a yellow cable. They're stock Burstbuckers (1 & 2) in a Midtown. Both sets are two-conductor.
Any advice welcome. @ICBM - thought I'd post its own thread.
