Help!!!! (GLab question)Midi Cc's

ok so I'm really happy with my GLab GSC3 loop switcher.
Its handling all my pedals and amp switching no worries.
HOWEVER!!!!
im struggling to workout the midi cc message settings, I know that I have one foot switch that is sending a cc message to the modulation block on my Avid Eleven Rack switching it off, also another cc message is turning the Delay input volume to a set amount, I've worked out how to adjust the delay input value to anything between 0-127 so I can work around that, but I can't figure out how to switch off the Modulation CC OFF message.
the manual is in English translated from Polish, and whilst good is missing a vital step in the process, I should point out the unit was 2nd hand so some of these cc messages have been set up before I got it.
