RC Car for 5 year old ideas...

My daughter asked for one - I don't think she will play with it that often so something cheap and cheerful.

I'm thinking rather than a slow kids Peppa Pig thing that something like this would be more fun (and be half decent at getting round the garden).

Some of those 'character' RC things are quite speedy. We've got a Thomas train with only two buttons. Forwards and back/right reverse.

It zips along! The thought of Daddy Pig and family speeding through the family home quite appeals to me. I always reckoned that little red car of theirs had a fair bit under the bonnet.

I'd look at small scale Ready To Run options.
