Any land buying experts here?

OH and I are looking at buying a piece of land,3 acres, that is currently being used as a private horse livery yard. We would use it for the same purpose. No one else just us.
Question: what are the procedures in buying land? Similar to house purchase without the searches?
Any advice welcome. Thanks

Searches still happen. Rights of way, easements, under ground stuff you might want to know is there.

Ha yes. Living in Cornwall there might be the odd mineshaft!!
