SORTED - 70's Telecaster

Hi folks.

After a 70's Telecaster with maple fretboard.

Not after a collectors grade(or price) guitar, I'm looking for a players guitar, preferably a refinish, as I'll be looking at getting it refinished anyway in Sonic Blue nitro, and would hate to deface some original paintwork. As it's going to be refinished, the lower the price the better. (been looking at late 70's price wise)

[I've wanted a vintage original tele in sonic blue for a LONG time, but the only 2 I've found were over £13K, so this is my plan B]

Sounds like a cool project! Have you considered a custom build by Bravewood? http://www.bravewoodguitars.co.uk/index.html
John makes great guitars which play/sound like vintage guitars and they're very keenly priced. You could supply him with 60's/70's parts/pickups perhaps.
