Jauce Auctions Japan, any experience?

I've been looking for a Greco Violin Bass for a while and come across an auction site in Japan called Jauce. They use a format whereby any bids made in last 5 mins will extend the auction and they will arrange international shipping. Has anyone experience of using this service?

How much is it going for, including shipping?

There's one in Soundgas at the moment https://reverb.com/uk/item/2580571-greco-vb-500-violin-bass-1978-hofner-copy

Yeah, I'd noticed that one on Soundgas' own site, slightly cheaper there too. The one on Jauce is currently 50.00 ukp with 17 hrs to go but I imagine it will go up significantly (how much I don't know) plus I'd have to factor in fees plus duty when it arrives. I'm a bit wary of bidding on a system that I'm not familiar with, esp. when it involves several additional fees after the bidding, hence my request for anyone's previous experience there.

The Soundgas one is overpriced imo, but the last one they had sold for more I believe so go figure! From reading on-line they do appear to be very well made and I definitely prefer the shape over the Hofner, it has more defined shoulders and a slightly shorter tailpiece too so looks more balanced.

I was dithering over one on Gumtree a few months back, should of gone for it, it was approx 300ukp iirc.
