Yup, sorry! But it appears MrsMarkSlade07 is expecting, not one but two of the little blighters! On top of the 22 month old we've already got! Shiiiiit!

To say it came as quite a surprise is a huge understatement and not the news we'd even considered, but we found out a few weeks ago and are just about getting our heads around it now. I'm sure it will be a massive challenge, but there's diddly squat we can do to change it, and after going through fertility treatment for our first (not needed this time), we are incredibly appreciative of what we've got.

So, anywho, there go! Yes I'm shitting it, and if anyone has any advice having been in a similar situation....I'm all ears. @Drew_TNBD double yellowy shit for us bud! Yay. Said no-one. Ever.

i imagine it's going to be a bit rough for a while, but I'm sure you'll manage (& as has already been said- at least they aren't your first. You won't have as much "am I doing this wrong" stress this time & that makes a massive difference to the parenting experience). 

Top tip from a friend who has twins: Tomee Tippee perfect prep machine!

Unless you're really lucky and both kids take to the boob (& there's enough to go round) you'll be making LOTS of formula milk. This machine allows you to make a prescribed volume, at the perfect temperature in about 90 seconds! 
We got one when our second wouldn't feed at all. At 3am when your brain isn't working it's SO good to just push two buttons to get the bottle made!

Cheers guys! Much appreciated! It's a shock, but a nice shock....I think! Luckily our daughter loves to help with anything, so fingers crossed that will continue for a while longer yet!

Congratulations. I've got three, grown up and left home (happy days). It's hard work with three and with twins its probably going to be harder. I do look back with fondness at the things they did and we did with them when they were little. Christmas day will be excellent/mayhem in a few years time.

I found the opposite to be true. First was a doddle. Going from one to two was way more difficult.

As for 3, well that's game over really. Once you are outnumbered, the battle is lost.

What I did fail to mention earlier is although I am of course delighted with the news.....my (albeit very small) GAS fund is now well and truly screwed. Arse. Anyone want to buy a nice early 90s Jap Strat?!
