Suddenly noisy FX loop - Fender Bassbreaker 15 combo

The 15 combo I have (up for sale) doesn't hum but then again I don't have fx pedals on top of the amp - if I had a negative comment to make it would be that I find the amp sensitive to mains quality and that could be an issue
