FS: Fender Basskbreaker 15 Head.

Up for sale is my Fender Bassbreaker 15 Head.  I've had this about two months now, bought it new from Andertons and it's in perfect working order with minimal home use in a smoke free enivronment.

Has a great volume sweep on it and can get those crunch tones at home volumes.  Can go bastard loud of course too!  Can be a little dark sounding with Les Paul type guitars but hit the bright switch and you're all good again.  Has an XLR out so you can plug it in to a recording interface.

Takes pedals well and of course has an FX Loop.  Gain stages work well too but the volume does jump as they are intended to dial in a sound on a certain gain stage rather than act like a "boost" or overdrive channel.  High channel is more like classic heavy rock than brutal metal.  Has a great onboard reverb too.

It's a solid chassis and the amp is heavy, not a back breaker but a sturdy metal chassis.

Specs:

• 15 watts from two EL84 tubes for aggressive midrange character
• Gain Structure switch for three distinct tonal flavors and overdrive levels
• Recording-friendly Power Amp Mute, switchable speaker-emulated XLR line output and ground lift

Only reason for the sale is that I've gone back to combo's and picked up a Line 6 DT25 and this is taking up room so need to move it along.

Looking for £250 collected from me.  These retail new at £398 and this is in a pretty good condition with no damage or extended use etc so should see a lot more use before it needs to be serviced etc.  Based in NW London, five minutes drive from Heathrow Airport.
