If I want to order something but it isn't in stock until October, will I be charged now or when it's shipped?  I can't seem to find an answer on their help pages.

    When it's shipped. (If it's actually from Amazon and not a third party seller...I'm not sure about those)

    Exactly the same as with Amazon. If you have an issue you still go through Amazon customer service.
