It's excellent, underrated, all 6 reverbs are great. Plate, Mod and Epic are my favourites but they really are all very good. Your dry signal is completely preserved, sounds great with OD pedals, and doesn't take up a lot of pedalboard space.

Is it on a par with say the new boss one or digitechs

I don't know about the Digitech (never tried it) but I AB'd the MXR with the RV6 and for me the MXR won hands down. Even prefer the Mod reverb on it to the Boss.
