Do they have horsey bits or people bits?

Also how do they give birth? Even a baby centaur would be an awkward shape. It'd be like playing Tetris out of your bits.

They'd have horsey bits. 

Girls centaurs would have 2 sets of mammaries, human and horse ones. 

A Minotaur would have human bits though.

If a centaur only has horsey bits, it is a horse.

If a centaur only has human bits it's a human.

Yup. There is a forested canyon in Congo where the centaurs put the "taurcens", the little brothers and sisters made of just a horse's head on a pair of human legs. They are sad and in constant pain cos their siblings got both livers.

Horses have an 11 month gestation period with the foal born as a fully formed mini horse. Centaurs might have a shorter period giving birth to a much smaller more baby like infant.

Only horse genitals, what's the point in being hung like one if you don't use it.

The big issue with centaurs is that they have two torsos so have a number of organs doubled up so how would that work?

The person-torso works like a pipe organ, whereas the horso (that's a portmanteau of horse and torso) is akin to a mouth organ, ironically.
