I'm putting this up tentatively, it's a really nice guitar but I'm just hankering for a change, so a trade with another Reverend or a Tele would be ideal. I'd also consider SGs, Strats and partscasters. I'm not sure how successful this will be as these guitars seem to be "stuck in the middle" value wise, but I'd put it on a par with a Fender Classic series I think.

It's a 2011 model and has all the latest upgrades except the latest headstock shape - so locking tuners and bound neck. It has the Reverend bass contour, which on my Six Gun strat-type was a bit useless but on this really is a useful addition. it's Korina, the body is 3-piece as is the neck - by that I mean that the neck itself is 3-piece and not just the headstock. There's no scarf joint, just 3 pieces all the way up. The neck is a "medium oval", thicker than an Epiphone 60s neck and just a touch thicker than a regular Fender C.

The pickups are Reverend "Special H" which are ceramic and a bit hotter than a standard PAF-type like the humbuckers in my Epi SG Pro.

Lastly, I'm located in South Wales but work just off the Almondsbury Interchange (M4 J20). It would have to be a collection or local meet-up I think, although it has a Stagg hard case I don't think I'm up to boxing up a V!

I failed completely at pictures the last time I tried to post one, the method seems to have changed but let's see what I can manage in the next couple of posts. :-)

I can't think of any distinguishing features on it, except that it's in pretty much immaculate condition. The previous owner had played around quite a bit with the pole pieces of both pickups. I got it in June this year.

Not me then. I had two off them at artist prices as a mate of mine is an endorser. Really good guitars. The Reeves Gabriel's models are wonderful

If you weren't so far away I would be interested in trading my baja, but I'm in Essex sadly.

I don't really get up that way. I'm in Hatfield once in a blue moon, and Reading now and then. It's a shame, that would have been ideal I think. To increase my pain, or indeed alleviate it, can I ask what colour it is? Cheers.

Its butterscotch? I think. I bought it from here a while ago, convinced myself I needed to give tele's another go, then remembered why I never got on with them. As far as they go, this one does sound fantastic. I keep nearly putting it up for sale then changing my mind.. but I do like that V! Still, too far sadly, I get little opportunity to travel very far.
