Control Voltage and tap tempos

I'm pretty new to the world of FX in general, but recently picked up the Dwarfcraft Twin Stags tremolo. It's great, you can do mental things with it, but...it doesn't have a tap tempo. It has a CV input for syncing up to modular rack stuff but that's a world outside of my comprehension. I guess what I'm asking is: Is there another pedal that is tap tempo equipped and also has a CV out? If so, could I use that to control the Twin Stags?
