hi guys, preamp valve gone on my guitarists amp at sound check for tonight's gig. Is anyone close who has a spare, doesn't matter what it is. We're at the roadhouse.

Hi fella, gig was great and sold out. The guitarist from prodigy turned up for his birthday, pretty rocking crowd. Thanks again, and I am honoured to have a quick play on a couple of your guitars too....one day! It's so refreshing to see there are still decent people in the world and has restored some faith that there still are decent human beings in the world. Can't believe the resonance of the neck on that tele, however that Gretsch looked stunning! My next guitar will either be a Gretsch fire jet or a Gibson les Paul dc junior later next year!

Nice one- we'll pop along next time- Ali has a league match today (rugby) and needed an early night, otherwise we'd have come down.

Footnote: no thanks required- I could name about 200 on here that would do the same for any of us.
