He always used to have at least half a dozen ads for secondhand Collings electrics running on ebay a few years ago. Seemed like a decent guy when I enquired about one or two. Perhaps times are harder for ebay dealers these days and he lets it get to him.

Not at all Chalky, just having come across a fine bunch of people when I started out on this post, not what you need - I thought it may be better to move it elsewhere. Some real prize guys posting on this one - not referring to yourself. It always surprises me how a so called friendly forum has its share of trolls, I just do not have time for it. If a moderator could possibly remove all of my posts and my account I would appreciate it.

@floatingjimi: All forums have rules on classifieds, which are generally for the benefit of the seller and prospective buyers. If you post a crap ad you're going to get flamed - it's almost a rite of passage on here. Most dudes take it on the chin and earn respect for it; by contrast, you've been a bit flouncy, which has only made the situation worse.

Rite of passage?!  posting crap - it just goes on, too old for playground stuff.  I have been spoiled on the other forums where one is directed with regards to posting pics if things are not clear, instead of "Flamed".  Nothing wrong with rules but the posts that came on here were nothing to do with that - just out an out vitriolic playground talk.

I've bought from Jimi in the past and I've been to his place and tried many excellent guitars through his amps.   In my experience, Jimi is extremely generous, knowledgeable and friendly.  I would not hesitate to buy from him again.

Yeah that maybe so but he's a bit dubious in my opinion and overly sensitive and his initial advert was crap to say the least and he edits his posts to,paint a different picture and that is all I have to say on this thread GLWS Jimi keep it real .... Have some punctuation!!!!......,,..,,??!!!!
