I'll help myself to some cracker bread type biscuits and a red pepper humus dip.

Failing that, a bag of nuts.

A packet of ainsley harriots cous cous from asda. 50p a packet reasonably good for ya and plenty of flavours.
They are bloody good aren't they. I have got to the point where I don't even need to measure the amount of water to put in, I just know. :o

Recently I have been putting a load of seeds in there with it to add some protein and goodness to them.
I'm not a McDonalds burger. It is MkJackary, not Mc'Jackary... It's Em Kay Jackary. Mkay?

Rice cakes with Hummus with sliced jalapenos on top. Fage yoghurt with Lizzies granola.  Loads of protein in the yoghurt and not much sugar in the granola.

Rice cakes are great, they're not bad for you, you can shove loads of tasty things on them, on paper they're a perfect snack. I just can't get past the whiff they give off. Esp the salt and vinegar ones, for some reason.

Not it a fussy eater, I'll scoff anything, it's just them. Or probably me if we're honest.

Cheese sandwich, or scrambled eggs on toast. Some sort of simple protein/carb combo anyway.

I have a new one - Skyr (icelandic style yoghurt) - has a lot of protein in it, put a fig or nuts or such in it, v filling. And the figs always give you a bit of entertainment, as do dried apricots (gods they make you fart some)
@Snap where do you get that from? (if you say "Iceland" then please clarify if the country or the supermarket)
