SOLD: Vintage V950B 5-string electric bass + Ibanez gig bag

Excellent 5-string bass, mostly used for recordings so it is in excellent condition. It has a very resonant body, has been well setup and fitted with D'Addario strings - it plays and sounds great. It comes with a good quality Ibanez gig bag.

The original active electronics were removed because I thought the bass sounds much better as a passive instrument. The original preamp was replaced with quality passive components - including CTS pots, etc. It is currently configured with a standard layout - two individual volume knobs (one for each pickup) and a master tone knob. The fourth knob isn't connected to anything. I am including the original preamp in this sale, of course, should you wish to reinstall it.
