You'd actually be amazed how much I can get away with even in an apartment. I've had a Mesa 5:25 turned up really quite loud and not have complaints. I'm sure an AC30 at full chat would create some friction but I've had no trouble to date.

I've not played through my actual amp for about 5 months (Princeton). The only reason I haven't flogged it yet is that I know I'll get a reason to play in public again as soon as I sell it and I'd then have the mad dash to find one to use...
