What a lovely phrase. I might go so far as to say that it is literally my jam,

I'm sure I should hate it, what with it involving the newfangled metaphorical meaning of literal (unless you're actually talking about jam", but I can't help it. It's so inexplicable. I think it means that the person likes the thing being discussed a lot, but who knows?
