Give Cynel 60/40 a wide berth.
 I'd run out of my favourite Multicore brand 60/40 and as the Cynel 60/40 was cheap and supposedly good, I thought I'd give it a try.
It isn't.
Although it melts readily, the flow is awful. I suspect there's either not enough flux in the core or the flux is crap. I added a tiny dab of Warton flux jelly as an experiment and it flowed perfectly.
Don't waste your money. I'm glad I only bought 100g.
