    Wouldn't put it past her actually.
    Someone with detailed knowledge of how to clean a crime scene did it, that much is certain - since no prints or DNA were found on the outside of the case or the lock, or any other identifiable evidence - which to me implies a government-level intelligence service. The only questions are which government, and why.

    It also rules out that he did it himself, even if it had been possible to lock the case from the inside.
