NGD- Partsatele with added 1965...

So, this is the guitar ('twas a blonde Esquire) @miserneil created from a 1965 neck, old parts, newer ones and new body.

I bought it off him (I found it originally and fell in love with the neck) and I changed the colour (Fraser Guiters), added the neck pup from @TheGuitarWeasel and I am delighted with the finished product.

It is a belter- 6lbs 9oz.

Whiteguard or blackguard?

Looks cracking, especially with the black guard - I'd leave that one on!

That's really nice.  I can't make my mind up about the guard though......maybe aged white, not sure - black looks good too.

Crikey! You need to get that refinished with a nice durable coat of poly. Should come up as good as new.

I'd leave it as it is. Looks fine just the way it is.
