OK, OK, try ignoring the strings....  the fact that they visibly penetrate the tower blocks could be diminishing the illusion.  Big blue ray hitting the first tower block - both of which are up on a hill, like, say the Hollywood Hills, overlooking downtown L.A. which is either on fire or just sparkling lights.

It's not a logo it's a masthead. I think it looks like Rachel Riley's ass, but that could be because my mind wanders to that every time I'm not concentrating a lot on something else.
