Small televisions?

The small / portable TV seems to be in danger of extinction. However, we are looking for one probably 19" screen or thereabouts. It would be easier and really no more expensive to buy a bigger one but this is for somewhere where space is the issue ( indeed as thinline as possible also useful). 
Any recommendations? There's a few sub £100 ones in places like Argos but I'm assuming they are a bit shit. Doesn't have to be brilliant, but Freeview at a minimum, anything Smart is a bonus.

Looks good , although in part another example of how really small TVs are hard to find.

Yes the days of the standard old 12" b/w portable are long gone. Mind you, my mum has a 26" tv and it looks absolutely minuscule.

I bought a 22" Samsung smart tv from Tesco for my bedroom.
They've got a 19" just now for £109 and you could make it smart by adding a Chromecast.

Cheers. One of the problems of buying a TV is it is quite hard to find anywhere that actually keeps them on a shelf, lots of internet ordering now. I know there isn't necessarily a lot to look at with a cheap TV but I'd quite like to just go look at a bunch. Our big TV , for example, we bought from the local Tesco extra about two years ago where they had a department. They no longer keep any on display there now.

Mine is the same UE22H5600 as in the Richer Sounds link and I would highly recommend it. Smart, full 1080p, plus has 2 USB and 2 HDMI inputs.
John Lewis and ao.com have it for £169 too.

FWIW the integrated smart features on my TV work really well. I use Netflix and Amazon Prime a lot, plus iPlayer and Spotify.
You can record programmes too if you stick a USB flash drive in the back.
