    Here's a thing...I've owned both an original script 1974 and this one.

    for once, the reissue is by miles the best of the two...richer and lusher.

    Wow that's cool to hear :) I doubt I'll ever get to try an original one. Actually now I really want to :)

    Just a thought if you still have it, maybe at some point the trimpot inside was knocked off its optimum point, which would drastically weaken the phase effect?

    I never keep my pedals long enough to open them up. or change a battery....
