Just wondering, before or after delay....
I'm thinking after as that's where it would be if built into an amp.

If you're using it for spring reverb, I'd say before delay. If it replicates the mechanical drip as well as the strymon demos for the flint, I'd want that drip to get repeated. I don't think you get quite the same effect going the other way.

If you treat it like a vintage outboard trem/spring verb unit, it would be going direct into the amp's input. If you put it in an effects loop, it's between the pre and power amps like in a blackface Fender twin or similar.

If you use those other reverb modes, I can't help you because I only like drippy springs
